Exploring My Home Gym Setup

For the majority of my equipment, I turned to two of the most reputable brands in the fitness industry: Rogue and Rep Fitness. These brands are known for their quality and reliability.

The Foundation

I chose my garage for the foundation of my home gym to craft my fitness sanctuary. For safety and durability, I chose to install 2 types of flooring:

1. Tractor Supply horse stall mats measuring 3/4 inch in thickness. This is the best bang-for-buck gym flooring.
2. Rogue 8’ x 8’ Olympic Platform with Smooth Rubber tiles (16 pack). This is my platform for any olympic lifts.
