Get a 20% off your Airbnbs

1. Go to Airbnb or VRBO
2. Find a rental you like
3. Identify the property manager in the listing
4. Google firm name
5. Book property on their website
6. Save 20% immediately
7. If you can’t find the property manager, use a reverse image lookup on the listing photos

Never pay the quoted medical bill price

If insurance doesn’t cost it…

1. Throw it away
2. If you hear from them, negotiate, if not, its free!
3. Negotiate it to be 95-99% off (start with 99%)

Everything is marked up 1000%+. If it seems ridiculous, it usually is.

If insurance covers it…

1. See how much it costs if you pay out of pocket (I paid 3X less paying out of pocket versus using insurance)
2. Go on a long-term payment plan and ask for a discount if you pay in full before your first payment goes through (related)

Get into any restaurant without a reservation

1. Go over to the maître d’ with a $50 tip in hand and say:
2. “I’m so sorry, I was supposed to make a reservation, I’m a huge fan of the restaurant if there is anything you could do for me, I’ll be at the bar if someone cancels.”
